Sumter Habitat homes are either new construction built from select floorplans or previously built Habitat houses that have been repurchased, refurbished, and are ready for a new Habitat family. 

Typically 3 bedrooms, with either 1.5 or 2 bathrooms our homes range from 1100 to 1275 square feet. Kitchens come supplied with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There will also be a washer and dryer in each home at move-in.
